ORDER TRACKING

After you’ve placed your order successfully, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email will include your order tracking number, so keep it safe.

Please note that while we aim to process all orders as fast as we can, in order to ensure high quality, it can take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and relayed to our shipping partner.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS, COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Currently, we’re shipping within the United States. If your chosen destination is not appearing during the checkout process, please get in touch and we’ll see how we can help.

The shipping costs and times depend on your shipping destination, and you will get an estimation of the total cost and duration of your shipment as part of the checkout process. Please note that once the order has been shipped, you should be in touch with the courier to get a more accurate account of your order’s arrival.

On average, you should expect to receive your order within 14 days after you’ve placed your order with us. We will be in touch with you if we expect any delays.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Used, damaged, or customized products (e.g., items with modifications, embroidery, or alterations) are not eligible for return.

  • Clearance or special-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate your return, email our customer support team at sales@darkwingtechnology.com. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Package Your Item: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit. Include a copy of your RA number.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our support team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact customer support. Exchanges will be processed as a new order once the original item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a detailed description of the issue.

We will provide a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.
